Caroline and her friend Emilie, looking out to sea along the coast of Brittany last summer. I loved the wind and their dresses (which they both insisted on wearing every day - even on the coldest of August days at the tip of the English channel).
If I get brave I'd like to try this in watercolor, but the resulting brownish muck my watercolor attempts turn into is daunting to think about!

Thanks guys! Now that Liz mentions it, I do see Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Robin hanging out on the bridge ;-).
And Ee, I like the style too and I think I'll keep trying it out. It is fun to try something new that feels just right under my pencil.
