It's nearly midnight, and I'm in the middle of folding boxes for the children's Advent calendar. The Playmobil people look concerned, but I'll find a spot for them all, I promise!

Playmobil and origami? That combination blows my mind.
I know, it is a bit wacky. Usually I trek around and find a Playmobil Advent calendar for the children and all is easy and good. But this year the only choices that we hadn't had before were pirates, dragons, and something equally bloody. So I decided to improvise and bought the Playmobil Christmas market, then divided it up into 21 days and folded little boxes for each day. I won't do that again, but I am much much better at folding cubes than when I started at 11:30 last night ;-).
If I'm not working or hanging out with our 10 year old while a bouncy 5 year old dances around us, there's a good chance I'll be hammering away on our piano, reading a book or trying to sketch. I live in Prague, Czech Republic and hail from the U.S. South.
