Julia: On the day you left for your hols a minor snafu occurred in an exchange of comments regarding my post of August 20, leaving me looking somewhat crass. Now I'm off on my hols so may I refer you again to the August 20 comments where I appended a sort of explanation/apology.
Meanwhile I shall contemplate the look of total absorption on Ee's face. Beautiful.
Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! And BB, no worries at all about the comment, I had to laugh when I noticed my mistake and chide my own past editor eyes for missing it!
