Hi Jeff, looking forward to seeing those pics! We didn't have carp and potato salad, but we did have potatoes and then many mini chickens which were tasty.

Nice pics - I really like the Mikulas especially. Mini chickens are called jarni kureci (spring chickens) here, and cornish hens back in the States but they really are just younger chickens than the usual roaster.
